Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade from the app when you reach the free limits. Downgrading never deletes anything: the projects, services and responses you already have stay in place, you just cannot add new ones past the free limits until you upgrade again.
What happens when I hit a free limit?
You keep everything you have. Creating past the limit is blocked with an upgrade prompt at the point you hit it, and nothing already in the project is touched.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free is a plan rather than a trial, so it does not expire and there is nothing to cancel.
What do API and MCP access get me?
They cover the same ground as the app: create responses, read them back, and manage the evaluation structure. Useful if you want a round triggered by your own systems or handled by an agent. Both are Pro only.
