Run the same evaluation next quarter, and compare it to this one.
Survey tools hand you a form and a pile of answers. Smarter Eval keeps the evaluation structure, the services you run it against, and every response, so next quarter's round is a repeat rather than a rebuild.
Structure once, run it every cycle
The pieces that make an evaluation repeatable, and the history that makes it worth repeating.
Run it again next cycle
An evaluation is a structure, not a one-off form. Reuse the same sections and questions every round so results stay comparable across quarters.
Compare across time
Every response stays attached to the service it evaluated. Look at a single round, or at how one location has moved since March.
Many services, one structure
A project holds everything you evaluate: locations, vendors, products, people. The same questions run against all of them.
Sections that match how you assess
Group questions the way the evaluation actually happens. Greeting, cleanliness, checkout. Not one long flat list.
API and MCP access
Trigger evaluations and pull responses from your own systems, or let an agent drive a round over MCP. Included with Pro.
Share results without giving up control
Send a read-only link to a client or a stakeholder. They see the responses. They cannot change the evaluation.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a survey tool?
A survey tool is built around one send: a form goes out, answers come back, and the next round starts from scratch. Smarter Eval is built around the second round. The project, its sections and questions, and the services you evaluate all persist, so running it again is a repeat rather than a rebuild, and the responses line up for comparison.
What counts as a service?
A service is whatever you are evaluating. A store location, a vendor, a support channel, a product, a team member. A project can hold many of them, and the same questions run against each.
What do I get on the free plan?
One user, one project, five services in that project, and five responses. That is enough to run a real evaluation once and see whether the structure fits how you work. It is not enough to run an ongoing practice.
Can people submit responses through a public link?
Not yet. The public share page is view-only, so it is for showing results to a client or a stakeholder rather than collecting them. Responses are created in the app, or through the API or MCP on Pro.
Can I run evaluations from my own systems?
Yes, on Pro. API and MCP access cover the same ground as the app, so you can create responses from your own tooling or let an agent handle a round over MCP.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Projects, services and responses you already have stay in place. You just cannot create new ones past the free limits until you upgrade again.
